Job Position: Personal Assistant to the MD

Job Location: Lagos 

Job Description

We are looking out for Personal Assistant to perform administrative and secretarial support to the office of the Managing Director and ensuring an effective and efficient monitoring and coordination of MD schedules.

Responsibilities

Attend to the MD's visitors and other general inquiries in addition to managing the MD's schedules and other appointmentsMaintain data base for valuable business contactsMake responses to certain correspondences as requiredManage other assignment as directed by the MD

Requirements

B.Sc/OND/HND in any discipline Have analytical mind and energetic Exceptional organizational skills
